• Voucher is valid from Thu 28 Apr 2022 until Thu 18 Aug 2022, Thursdays only at 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Wed & Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 4 Aug 2022  (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins. Option 2 duration: approx. 60 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note that masks must be worn during massage unless exempt.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
