• Aug - Oct:
• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7-8. 11-12, 14-15, 20-22, 24, 28-29 Aug, 4-6, 10-19 Sep 2-3, 10 and 24 Oct 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Nov - Dec:
• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Tue 22 Dec, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 8 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double, king or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Victoria wing or village view room for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Add a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival for a supplementary charge of £20; to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child; children are classed as ages 0 -12yrs. Cots are provided free of charge. Please note there are a limited number of family rooms available.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
