Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Feb 2018 until Mon 7 May 2018, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• One voucher is valid for one valet for one car.
• Mini valet duration: approx. 30 - 40 mins.
• Full valet duration: approx. 60 – 70mins; can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20 to include seats, boots and carpet shampooed; please discuss with and pay directly to Discovery Car Wash.
• Please note owners may be charged a supplementary £5 for any jobs expected to take more than 1.5 hours due to excessive dirtiness or pet hairs; this must be agreed on arrival and not at the end of the valet.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
