• Voucher is valid from 24th March until 13th June 2015, Tues 11am-2pm, Wed 10am-4pm, Thurs 10am-8pm, Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-1pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 30th May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• One voucher can be redeemed per person multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts (max of 2).
• Appointment will take approx 15-20 mins. 
• Over 16's only. 
• Sorry, group bookings are not permitted. 
• Treatment is suitable for those who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from cancer or those in remission. Please discuss any further concerns with Doll Face at time of booking. 
• A patch test will be required if pregnant or have sensitive skin or eyes. Please discuss with Doll Face at time of booking. 
• Lashes can last between 1-2 weeks with after care. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
