Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 16 Mar 2018 until Sun 3 Jun 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 10am.  
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 2 and under stay free, ages 3 – 15 require a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night and ages 16+ are classed as adults. All meals are payable as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
