• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Sept 2017, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room £20, deluxe room £30 or Lennox suite (honeymoon) £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with Dumfries Arms Hotel.
• Option 2 includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival and a 2 course dinner from set menu choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink. A supplementary charge per person is required for the following: crispy king prawn tempura £3 and steak £8; payable directly to hotel.
• Children permitted; under 2’s stays free of charge including cots. Ages 2-14 years old are additional £25 per child including breakfast; please discuss and pay directly to Dumfries Arms Hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
