Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 23 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of required for the following stays per room per night: Friday £10 or Saturday £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 4 include a 3 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge per person is required for the following: cheese selection £1.50 and sirloin steak or salmon £2.50 each; payable directly to hotel. Option 4 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 3s stay free and ages 8 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £10 per child for a large family room; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
