• Voucher is valid from 1 Sep 2017 until 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 – 22 Oct, 9 - 12 Nov, 22 Dec 2017 – 5 Jan, 14 Feb 2018.
• Availability can be viewed online. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 7 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights. 
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 11am. 
• Stay can be extended by a night at standard rates; please discuss with and pay directly to Kennacoil; subject to availability.
• Glamping Pods
• Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. 
• Includes four camping mattresses; please bring your own bedding. A microwave and kettle are available however there are no wider cooking facilities; please bring your own food. Toilet and shower facilities are available in the Welfare Block.
• Craiglaggan and Craigvinean
• Suitable for up to 3 adults; children are permitted and are included in the overall headcount 
• Includes one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, kitchen, lounge, bath and shower room.
• Kennacoil Farm Cottage
• Suitable for up to 6 adults; children are permitted and are included in the overall headcount 
• Includes 3 bedrooms offering a variety of bed configurations to suit; the master bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and bunk-bed (double on the bottom, single on top), as well as a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and fully fenced garden.
• Electricity is included.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted in Kennacoil Farm Cottage and one of the three glamping pods only; please discuss availability of pet friendly accommodation with Kennacoil directly. Pets are not permitted in Craiglaggan or Craigvinean.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
