• Voucher is valid from 2nd Jan - 31st Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Limited availability at weekends.
• £10 per room supplementary charge for Sat night stays.
• Voucher must be booked by 5th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and may be used on multiple nights; subject to availability.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Members can upgrade to a Superior room for a supplementary charge of £20prpn or £40prpn for a Deluxe.
• Stay may be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, please discuss with the hotel directly.
• 3 course dinner included from the restaurant menu including tea/coffee (Scallops £1.25, steaks £4.50, cheese – £1.25 supplements to be paid direct). Menu is subject to change.
• Children under 8 are free when sharing with 2 adults, paying for meals as taken.
• Children aged 9-12 years are charged at £5 per child with breakfast included, paying for other meals as taken. Over 12 years is classed as an adult. Max 1 child per room, subject to availability.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Pets permitted with supplementary charge of £10 per pet, max 2.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
