Small print

• Voucher is valid until 9th Nov 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4th & 5th Sep.
• Reservations must be made by 26th Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in: Mon-Sat 2pm-5pm, Sun 2pm-4pm. Check out 9am-10am. Late checkout at 1pm available for £20 per pod.
• Max 2 vouchers can be purchased per member. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Max 2 children per pod, supplements apply: £7pppn for under 14s.
• Additional adults, up to a maxiumum of two can stay for a supplement of £19pppn.
• Two vouchers can be used at the same time for those wishing to stay as a group of four.
• 1 pet permitted per pod for a supplement of £3pn. Subject to availability.
• Free parking available for one car per pod. Additional cars can be parked for £5pn, please pay directly to Eden Leisure.
• Members must bring their own sleeping bags/bedding. Beds are a twins/doubles, subject to availability.
• Members can rent a BBQ hut for £25 for 3 hours or bring their own barbecue.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled. If more than 72 hours notice is given, Eden Leisure may, at their discretion, offer an alternative date.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
