• Voucher is valid from Tue 25 May 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Tue - Sun 10am - 5:30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• 18+ only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Facials
• - Duration: approx. 30 mins. Subject to possible changes or restrictions based on Covid guidelines.
• - Facials suitable for most skin types; please discuss any health concerns directly. 
• Lash and brow trio treatment
• - Duration: approx. 20 mins. 
• - Patch test required 48 hours in advance.
• Massages
• - Duration: approx. 1 hr.
• - Not suitable during pregnancy; please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
