• Voucher is valid until Sat 29 Apr 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Supplement of £20 per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays. Please note that weekend availability is limited. 
• Excludes 28 Jan 2017; 3, 11, 14, 17 & 18 Feb 2017; 24 & 31 Mar 2017; 1, 6, 7, 15, 16, 21 & 30 Apr 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Voucher is non-refundable or changeable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; please discuss directly to hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 2 courses, starter and main only; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge is required for the following dishes: cheese - £3.50 each, beef dishes - £5 each; payable directly to hotel.
• Please discuss any dietary requirements directly when booking. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted and require a supplementary charge of £15 BB: aged 2 - 12, under 2’s stay free; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Max of 1 child and 1 baby.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 pet. Pets are permitted in bedrooms by prior arrangement only; please discuss directly with hotel. Pets are not permitted in public areas.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
