• Voucher is valid from Wed 23 Oct 2019 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, Wed 9.30am - 6.30pm, Thur 10.30am - 7.30pm and Sat 9.30am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun-Tue & Fri, 22-26 & 31 Dec 2019 and 1-2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. First session must be booked by Thur 30 Apr 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Patch test is required 48 hours in advance.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: small area only: naval, upper lip, chin, hands, feet, cheekbones, etc.
• Option 2: medium area only: underarms, sideburns, hairline, cheeks, forehead, jawline, neck, shoulder blades, etc.
• Option 3: large area only: upper/lower arms, shoulders, abdomen, bikini line, etc.
• Option 4: extra large area only: half back, full face, beard, neck, chest, Brazilian bikini, etc.
• Option 5: extra, extra, large area only: lower legs, upper legs, Hollywood bikini, etc.
• No treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• All medical conditions must be disclosed when booking.
• Do not apply fake tan 7-10 days prior to treatment.
• At least 4 weeks should be left between sessions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
