Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Sun 11 Mar 2018, Wed – Sun 11.30am, 12.30pm and 2pm; subject to availability.
• Valid on selected dates only:  3-7 Jan, 10-14 Jan, 17-21 Jan, 24-28 Jan, 1-4 Feb, 3-4 March, 7-11 March 2018
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Online bookings only.
• Members must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to sailing time.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; children are classed as ages 3 – 15 years and ages 16+ are classed as adults. Ages 3 and under require a ticket at a supplementary charge of £1.50; payable directly to The Falkirk Wheel.
• Option 1 can be used for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.  Family ticket admits 2 adults and 2 children.
• Duration approx. 50mins.
• Weather dependent.
• Wheelchair access available; please select the number of wheelchair spaces required when booking online.
• Pets not permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
