• Option 1: Voucher is valid on Sat 11 Dec 2021 only.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Option 2: Voucher is valid on Sat 18 Dec 2021 only.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General: vouchers are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am
• Stay in a standard double or twin room. Rooms can be allocated in any of the three hotels: The Waverley Hotel, The Crags Hotel OR Abbotsford Lodge.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Dinner is served at 7pm.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted. Over 18's only.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
