• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 – 16 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.
• Superior double, standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each from the dinner menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge of £7 is required for ribeye steak; payable directly to hotel. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted in a upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night includes breakfast only; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
