• Voucher is valid from Wed 31 Jan 2024 until Sat 27 Apr 2024, valid for sit-in & collection Wed-Sat 12noon-3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 & 17 Feb & 9 Mar 2024.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 19 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Sit-in: Includes a tea, coffee OR hot chocolate AND an apple OR orange juice each.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
