• Option 1: Voucher is valid until Fri 3 May 2024, Tue-Fri 10am-3pm; subject to availability. 
• Option 2:  Voucher is valid until Sat 4 May 2024, Tue-Sat 11am-3pm; subject to availability. 
• Bookings must be made by Fri 26 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Option 1: walk-ins also permitted. Option 2: voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
