• Voucher is valid from 4th Jan until 29th Feb 2016; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 18^th - 21^st of Jan and 12th, 13th and 14th Feb 2016
• Voucher must be booked by 1st Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher; please book well in advance to avoid disappointment 
• Max of 2 vouchers per member 
• Multiple voucher cannot be used for consecutive night stays
• Check in 4pm; check out 10am
• Children permitted and are included in the total occupancy; a cot can be included at a charge of £20 please specify at time of booking
• Pets permitted; £20 per dog per lodge; max of 2
• If you wish to add to your party size there is a supp charge of £100 for Leannan Boathouse which sleeps 2 or a £300 supp charge for Kingennie Court which sleeps 10 in 5 twin bedded rooms all ensuite
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
