• Voucher is valid from 27th Nov 2015 until 21st Mar 2016, check in Friday, check out Monday; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13th - 16th, 20th - 23rd of Nov, 11th - 14th and 21st Dec 2015 until 4th Jan 2016, 22nd - 25th Jan, 19th -22nd and 26th - 29th Feb 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 25th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted but cannot be used for consecutive nights 
• Check in Fri 3pm, check out Mon 10am.
• Children welcome; two children under the age of 3 are allowed in addition to the 12 guests; only 2 children aged 3+ are allowed per stay, and will be included as adults in the maximum of 12 guests; includes 2 cot beds 
• 6 double bedrooms available, one room at the top of the Castle can be used as a twin.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £600 at the discretion of the owner, please discuss directly when booking.
• When booking, a £500 refundable deposit must be paid to Forter Castle, an email confirmation with the terms and conditions and bank details will be sent to you. Must be paid two weeks prior your arrival.
• If there are no damages to Forter Castle, your deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days of checkout, and may take up to 3 days to process.
• All linen and towels provided.
• Gas and electricity bills included.
• Dogs welcome, max of 3 well behaved dogs.
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
