• Voucher is valid from Tue 26 Nov 2019 until Sun 29 Nov 2020, Wed - Sat 10am – 6pm & Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays & Tuesdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: Duration approx. 30mins.
• Options 2 & 4: Duration approx 1hr.
• Options 3 & 5: Duration approx 1hr 30mins.
• Options 2 - 5: Choose one gift per person - either the Overnight Radiance pack (cotton eye mask plus trial sizes of Night Booster, ProBiome Serum, Shampoo & Conditioner) or Cleanse & Glow pack (Bamboo Fibre headband plus 30ml travel size ProCleanser).
• Treatment and thermal suite is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
