Small print

• Voucher is valid until 28th Feb 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 20th Jan 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Voucher excludes 23rd Dec-2nd Jan 2015 inclusive, 13th-16th Feb 2015. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Dogs permitted; £10 per dog, per night. Max of 1 dog. 
• Children permitted; 0-4 can stay free of charge, 4-14 years old are additional £6.65. Over 14s are classed as adults. Max of 2 children. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Standard double or twin room available. 
• Members can upgrade to a deluxe room for additional £10 per person per night, or £20 per person per night for a Suite. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays can be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Friars Carse at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Cancellations are not permitted when using the voucher but should you need to change your reservation please do so by 3pm, 48hours prior to arrival. Failure to amend your booking within the 48 hour period will result in the voucher becoming invalid for future use.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
