• Voucher is valid from Thu 14 Sep 2023 until Thu 7 Dec 2023, Mon - Tue 4pm - 7pm, Wed 1pm - 6pm & Thu - Sat 10am - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers/those in remission, those with severe eczema, psoriasis, heart conditions, diabetes or contagious conditions. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Female clients only.
• Option 1: Includes a mini facial. Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2: Includes a massage (choice of aroma or head massage) OR a facial (choice of microdermabrasion or hydration). Treatment duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 3: Includes a massage (choice of aroma or head massage) plus a mini facial. Treatment duration: approx. 1hr 30 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
