Small print

• Voucher is valid from 04 Jan 2016 until 17 mar 2016, Wigwams and Domes: Sun - Thu, Cabins: Mon - Thu; subject to availability.
• Exclusion Dates: 12 - 18 Feb 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 17 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in: 4pm, check out 10am. 
• Room types: standard wigwam, glamping dome & woodland cabin. Cabin sleeps 4; either zip & link beds or bunk beds in cabins. Members can request which they prefer at time of booking; subject to availabilty. Domes and Wigwams sleep 2.
• Children under 3: free of charge, children 3 – 14: £10 per night. Children must be included in the headcount. Each wigwam, dome & woodland cabin can hold an additional 2 children on top of max occupancy number. 
• For additional children/adults a supplement of £10 per person, per night is applicable and payable direct to Loch Tay Highland Lodge Park.
• One voucher can be redeemed per person; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• No bedding is including in wigwams, domes or woodland cabins.
• Sleeping bag hire: £5 each or duvet, sheets and pillow hire: £10 per set.
• No stag and hen parties.
• Glamping domes do not have electricity.
• Wigwams have electricity which is not charged.
• Woodland cabins have electricity which is charged, cards are available from reception in £1 and £5 amounts. They typically use £4 a day.
• Wigwams, domes and woodland cabins all have external fire pit’s, logs are available at reception for £7.50 per batch.
• Domes and woodland cabins have internal stoves, logs are available at reception for £7.50 per batch. 
• Pets are allowed, however not in domes, £10 per pet, max 2 pets; please discuss directly when booking. 
• Complimentary onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
