• Voucher is valid from Sun 19 Feb until Wed 28 Jun 2017, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2 – 20, 30 Apr and 28 May 2017.
• Glamping & Romantic Pod: £10 supplement per night for Friday and Saturday night stays. 
• Romantic Shepherd's Hut, Shepherd's Hut & Railway Carriage: £20 supplement per night for Friday and Saturday night stays. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 May 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher per person and one additional voucher as a gift.

• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm – 9.30pm, check-out 10am.
• Glamping pod: Ecocamp Glenshee provide 5 comfy futon type mattress with fleece blankets and pillows; members must provide their own sleeping bags.
• Romantic pod: Raised double bed with memory foam mattress. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.
• Romantic shepherds hut: Raised double bed. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.
• Shepherds hut: 2 single beds either side of table and double bed. Pillows provided, members must provide their own sleeping bags. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.
• Snug railway carriage: 3 extra wide bunk beds, including a pull out bed. Pillows provided, members must provide their own sleeping bags. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.
• Sleeping bags can be hired for a supplementary charge of £2 per night; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplement, subject to availability; discuss directly with Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted in wooden pod, shepherds hut and snug railway carriage and included in the overall headcount; must be under supervision of parent/guardian at all times.
• Sorry no children permitted in romantic pod or romance shepherd’s hut.
• Pets are permitted; any damage caused by pets must be paid before leaving. Max of 2 pets.
• Please note if the property is left in an unacceptable condition, this will result in an additional cleaning surcharge of £10 payable before leaving. Any breakages must be paid for before leaving; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Please note that Ecocamp Glenshee is primarily a quiet family glamping site; music is only permitted if it cannot be heard by other guests and is not permitted after 9pm.
• Please note all lighting is solar powered and bringing a torch per person is recommended.
• Please park in the sign posted car park and use the wheel barrows provided in the shelter to ferry your belongings up to reception, via the solar lit path.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
