• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 26 Jan, 1 - 3, 8, 9, 15, 16, 27 Feb and 1 - 3 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room per night for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Calls to the booking line will be charged at 11p per minute plus any additional charges by your landline/mobile phone provider.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 2 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the menu; sample menu is subject to change. Excludes steaks and mussels. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 with all meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
