• Voucher is valid from 1st Oct 2015 - 24th March 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 12-23 Oct 2015, 24th Dec 2015 - 2nd Jan 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 31st Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• £10 per room per night supplement for Fri & Sat stays, payable direct to hotel.
• Standard twin/double rooms. Room upgrades available - discuss with hotel.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Bottle of wine served with dinner - choose from red/white/rose.
• Children permitted: under 5's stay for free when sharing with adults; ages 5-14 are £10 per night which includes upgrade to Family room - arrange with hotel. Over 14's charged full price. Children’s rates include breakfast and 2 course dinner from Children’s menu.
• Check-in 3pm, late check out 12 noon.
• Max of 1 pet is permitted at £10 per night - arrange with hotel.
• Advanced booking is required. Weekends and the beginning/end period of a voucher's validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers are non-refundable outside the itison refund period. Once voucher is purchased it must be used in the stipulated time period.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
