Small print

• Voucher is valid from 2nd Jan until 30th March 2014, Mon-Sat 10am-3pm Sun 12noon-3pm; subject to availability.
• Tours depart from the distillery every 30mins.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group booking permitted, max of 16 people per tour. Under 18s are not permitted to taste whisky.
• Children under 8 years old are not permitted. Children aged between 8 and 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Wheelchair accessible.
• Tour will last approx 1hr 30mins.
• To travel to the distillery by public transport take the East Lothian Transport bus number 113 from George Street and East end of Princes Street to Pencaitland. The bus journey to Pencaitland is then followed by a 2 mile walk to reach the distillery. • Members must book at least 24 hours before preferred tour date.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your tour.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
