• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Feb 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020, Mon - Fri 9.30am - 3pm, Sat & Sun 9.30am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for ages 10yrs+. Under 16yrs must be supervised by a participating adult aged 18yrs+.
• Max of 2 children supervised per 1 adult.
• Option 1: Voucher is valid for a child aged 10 - 15yrs.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid for an adult aged 16yrs+.
• Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.
• Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).
• Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles. 
• Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.
• Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.

• Includes a scone with butter, jam and cream with a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten/wheat free options available.
• Parking on site is £3 for the day.
• Meeting point: Follow signs for Go Ape into The Lodge Visitor car park. Then follow footpath to Go Ape Cabin. Please check the route before setting off, as sat navs may not be accurate.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
