Small print

• Voucher valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note there is limited availability Fri - Sun, please book well in advance.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once you have booked your stay and it has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, however, your voucher can be used by other family or friends for that date. Booking dates can be amended - subject to a £20 fee payable to Lagnakeil. Your voucher will be forfeited if not used.
• Multiple purchases not permitted.
• Check-in between 3pm – 6pm, check-out 10am.
• Option 1: 1 double and 1 twin room.
• Option 2: 2 doubles and 1 twin room.
• Additional nights can be booked at special discounted rates of only £60 (Ash) or £80 (Conifer) per night, upgrade to a week-long stay for just £200 (Ash) or £250 (Conifer) – must be requested upon initial booking, not retrospectively, and paid directly to Lagnakeil; subject to availability.
• Children permitted and included in overall headcount.
• The local pub operates flexible opening hours during the winter months, mainly weekend opening. Please check for seasonal opening times.
• Electricity is charged as used (metre reading), approx £2 per night, to be paid upon departure.
• Max 2 pets permitted at an additional £4 per pet per night. Must be requested upon initial booking, not retrospectively, and paid directly to Lagnakeil.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
