• Voucher is valid from Tue 28 Nov 2023 until Sat 30 Mar 2024, Tue & Fri 9.30am - 5pm and Sat 8am - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon and Wed - Thu.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups  cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note supplements apply for long hair; please discuss and pay direct.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: cut & blow dry approx. 1 hour; inc. half head of highlights approx. 3 hours.
• Option 2: Patch test required 48 hours before treatment. Upgrade to a full head of highlights for a supplementary charge; payable direct.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
