• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Sat 14 Mar 2020, Mon – Tue 9.30am – 5.30pm, Wed 9.30am – 8pm, Thur & Sat 9.30am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Option 2: Please note dermaplaning cannot be carried out if you have acne or bad skin or had botox/fillers in the last 6 weeks.
• Option 3: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy.
• Option 4: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration approx. 30 mins. Treatment lasts up to 4 weeks.
• Option 3: Treatment duration approx. 30 mins. Treatment lasts 4 - 6 weeks. Patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to appointment.
• Option 4: Treatment duration approx. 1 hr.
• Option 5: Treatment duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins.
• Options 1 & 5: Treatment lasts up to 3 weeks depending on maintenance and lifestyle. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for custom colour, nail art or French finish; payable directly to salon.
• Excludes gel removal.
• Technician requests are not permitted.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
