• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2021 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, Mon - Wed and Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am - 8pm and Sat 9.30am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please liaise directly with the salon to discuss options.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: Option 1: approx. 1 hour. Options 2 & 3: approx. 2 hours.
• Manicure/pedicure lasts up to 3 weeks depending on maintenance and lifestyle.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
