• Voucher is valid from 1st Sept until 11th Oct 2015; 7 days: Red Deer & Barn Owl Encounters start at 10am, 12pm & 2pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 5th Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• £8 option can be used for two adults, two children or one adult, one child
• £19 option includes two adults and two children & includes gold panning (available 9am-5pm; duration: 30-60 mins)
• Children under 4 are welcome free of charge
• Duration: approx 60 mins
• Free parking
• The Red Deer & Barn Owl Encounter takes place from the shelter of the Red Deer Barn it is advisable to wear warm layers
• Gold panning can be enjoyed at leisure and does not require advanced booking
• Wheelchair accessible 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
