• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Nov 2017 until Thur 21 Dec 2017, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday, Saturday and 5, 12 Nov 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings can be made from Mon 6 Nov 2017.
• Voucher is non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family double £20 or family suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children and 1 cot permitted in an upgraded family double or suite; ages 10 and under eat free when sharing with adults, ages 11+ require a supplementary charge of £6.50 per child for breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per room; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
