• Voucher is valid from Fri 20 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; valid 7 days, subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an Executive room for for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £15pp allowance towards main menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Includes a glass of white, red or rose wine each. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Option 3: Allowance and wine is for one night only.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Parking available.
• Max of 2 children aged 12 and under are permitted in an executive room for a supplement of £25 per child including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
