• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Mar 2018, Mon - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Please note: card details will be required to secure bookings. 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Option 1: club room available.
• Option 2: premium king room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £20 per person dinner allowance; sample menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Option 2 dinner allowance is valid for the first night only.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Children permitted, max of 1; children 12 and under stay for free, ages 13 – 15 require a supplementary charge of £15; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
