• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2020, 1 Jan - 28 Feb 2021 and 16-19 Mar 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• King guest double/twin room available. A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for twin rooms; payable directly to hotel.
• Rooms can be upgraded to deluxe rooms or suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel. 
• Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival 
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of wine in the room on arrival and a £20pp dinner spend valid on a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted. Children under 12yrs stay free of charge including breakfast, children ages 13 – 15yrs require a supplementary charge of £15 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
