• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 4 Nov 2018 until Sun 24 Feb 2019, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays and 17 Feb 2019.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, Mon – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays & Sundays and 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018, 1 Jan and 14, 15 Feb 2019.
• Option 3 voucher is valid from Sun 4 Nov 2018 until Sun 24 Feb 2019, Sun - Mon ; subject to availability. Excludes Tuesdays - Saturdays and 24, 31 Dec 2018 and 17 Feb 2019.
• Option 4 voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, Tue – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays – Mondays and 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018, 1 Jan and 14, 15 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 11 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Superior double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a junior suite for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner (starter and main or main and dessert) from the set menu or a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the a la carte menu. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  Option 3 and 4 dinner is on one night only.
• Limited courtyard parking is available. Hotel guests are permitted 1hr free parking, subsequent hours are charged at £2 per hour up to a max of £14 in a 24hr period. Pay and display parking is available within 200 yards of the hotel.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount if staying in a twin room; if staying with two adults in a double room then room will need to be upgraded; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only, please discuss directly with hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
