• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 May 2018, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Limited availability on Fridays.
• Excludes Saturdays, 17 Dec 2017 – 8 Jan, 14 Feb, 10-11, 29-31 Mar 2018 and 1-30 Apr 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.  Late checkout available at £10 pp, payable directly to hotel.
• Double/twin standard, executive and deluxe rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night subject to availability; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £60 per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Menu is set menu only.  Menu is subject to change.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required per person for steak; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and halal options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Parking available onsite.
• Children permitted.  Under 5s go free.  Max of 2 children per room.  £20 per child.   
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
