• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Oct 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Please note there is a £40prpn event supplement for the following dates: 11-12, 24-26 Oct, 1 Nov, and 13-14 Dec 2022.
• Fri stays:
• Voucher is valid from Fri 7 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Fri check-ins only. Excludes Sat - Thu.
• Please note there is a £40prpn event supplement for the following dates: 16 Dec 2022.
• Sat stays:
• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Sat 25 Mar 2023, Sat check-ins only. Excludes Sun - Fri.
• Please note there is a £40prpn event supplement for the following dates: 5, 26 Nov, 3, 17 and 31 Dec 2022.
• General
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Queen double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; a sofa bed can be added to a room for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to the hotel. 
• No pets permitted. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
