- Minimum of 5 passengers per tour, max of 16-33 people per tour depending on vehicle size.

- Luggage: one small/medium size bag permitted per person. Max weight 12kg, max size 50x40x20.
- Accommodation: standard double/twin B&B.

- Tour does not include entry to visitor attractions but these can be added for a supplement. Please discuss and pay directly.
- Meals are not included.
- Advanced booking required. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your preferred tour date or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
- Coach leaves sharp, and all passengers must be at the departure point 15mins before the scheduled departure. Tour cannot wait for latecomers.
- Highland Experience reserve the right to change tour itinerary due to weather & events outwith their control.
- Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
