Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 4th March 2017 until Sat 28 Oct 2017, Saturdays at 9am; subject to availability. Excludes Sat 15 Apr 2017.
• Also valid during school holidays; 1 - 12 April, 1 July - 14 Aug, 7 - 21 Oct, Mon, Wed, Fri at 11am or 3.30pm, Sat at 9am; subject to availability.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30 mins.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 31 Aug 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking and vouchers are non-refundable once booked with Deep Sea World. £25 admin fee applies for rescheduling; payable directly to Deep Sea World.
• Multiple purchases permitted. Maximum of 4 vouchers per member.
• Suitable for ages 8-15 years old.
• Max of 4 people permitted per dive.
• Includes access for 1 spectating guardian. Members can pay for additional spectators directly with Deep Sea World at time of booking.
• Being able to swim is not a requirement for this experience but you do need to be confident in the water.
• Full instruction is provided. Divers will be on a secure platform surrounded by the fish and sharks, and accompanied at all times by dive instructors. Maximum depth is 1.2 meters.
• Bronze photo package includes 4 photos (6 x 8). Upgrade available: £20 for CD-ROM with all images taken by expert photographer - please discuss at time of booking.
• Sorry, camera's are not permitted in the tank.
• Spare clothes are required. Comfortable clothing to be worn underneath dry suit. We recommend leggings/jogging bottoms and a long sleeve top/t-shirt.
• All equipment and dive suits are provided.
• Members cannot wear glasses during dive, contact lenses are advised.
• Members cannot fly for 12 hours after dive.
• No height/weight restrictions.
• All divers must fill out medical questionnaire and bring it along with them on the day; document can be downloaded from Deep Sea World’s website here. If members answer ‘Yes’ to any questions, a GP letter would be required to complete the dive. Failure to fill out form may result in dive being cancelled and vouchers will not be refunded in these circumstances. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
