• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30, 31 Jan and 1, 2, 3, 4, 18, 19 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 31 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-cancellable. Dates can be amended; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room - £20; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Max of 2 children permitted free of charge in a double + single bed room; children are classed as ages 0 - 11 years. Extra bed/cot can be provided; subject to availability. All meals to be paid as taken. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
