• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Fri 23 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5, 14, 16, 17 Feb 2018 and 9 - 10 Mar 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 12noon, late check out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room with superior package available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival.

Parking available at Q Park, Jamaica Street; a short walk from hotel.

• Max of 1 child permitted; under 12s stay free and ages 12+ are classed as adults and are additional £10 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
