Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 May 2024 until Thu 31 Oct 2024, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Oct 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• Once booked, voucher cannot be refunded.
• Weather dependent. High winds may result in cancellations; reschedule or full refund will be offered in this case.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for ages 12+. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult for every 2 children min).
• Hire: Duration 90mins. Some experience required. Please note this is an unsupervised activity.
• Guided tour: Duration 2 hours. No experience required.
• Max of 6 people per group.
• Weight limits per board: 10’6 Board - 95kg, 10’8 Board - 110kg, Single Kayak -110kg and Tandem Kayak - 180kg.
• Please wear your swimming gear under your clothing for easy changing.
• Bring a towel and warm clothes for after the activity. As well as suncream, water and a snack.

• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
