Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Dec 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 31 Dec 2017, 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 and 3 include a £20 per person dinner allowance; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Option 3 includes the allowance on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 12s stay free in a cot or z bed, all meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted in limited pet friendly rooms at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel of requirements at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
