• Voucher is valid until 31st May 2014; subject to availability.
• Aqua Bonding sessions held on: Mon at 2pm, Wed at 1pm & 2.30pm.
• Swim a Song sessions held on: Wed at 1.30pm & 2pm, Thur at 10am, 11am & 11.30am. Fri at 10am, 10.30am & 11am.
• Beginner taster sessions held on: Mon at 11am, 12noon, 5pm. Tue & Thur 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm & 5.30pm. Wed at 3pm, 3.30pm. Fri at 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm & 4.30pm. Sun 9am, 9.30am & 11.30am
• Beginner Taster Session Excludes 31st March - 13th April.
• Maximum of 2 multiple voucher purchases permitted per member.
• Once booked, the session time is repeated each week for 4 consecutive weeks. Members cannot alter their session time once booked.
• Maximum of 1 Aqua Bonding voucher purchase permitted per member.
• Aqua bonding: suitable for babies 0-6 months. Max of 8 children per session.
• Swim a Song: suitable for 6 months-2 years old. Max of 6 children per class.
• Beginner taster lessons: suitable for 3-6 years. Max of 6 children per class. Max of 1 lesson per week.
• Deal includes 4 x 30 min lessons per voucher. Applies to stated lessons only.
• Members who wish to book a block of 10 sessions/lessons after their 4 taster sessions may do so with a £5 discount when booked at the time of their last session. Please discuss and pay directly.
• All children and babies under 5 years are required to wear a 'happy nappy' under their swimwear for sessions. Please discuss directly.
• All children and babies should wear tight fitting costumes/trunks during their sessions. Long hair should be tied back and jewellery is not permitted.
• Swimming goggles may be worn but are not required.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Adults must wear blue protective overshoes before entering the building and children's shoes must be removed. Please discuss directly with Clearwater.  
• Two instructors will lead each session in the water.
• Pool is 5 x 3 metres.
• Advanced booking required. Reservations must be made by 17th May 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Bookings are nonrefundable and nontransferable once placed.
• Please arrive 15 mins before your lesson begins to allow time for changing. Members may go onto the poolside 5 mins before lesson begins. Please do not consume food within 90 mins of your lesson.
• Please abide by pool rules during your lesson and only enter the pool once your instructor has advised you to.
• Members will not be refunded for any lessons missed due to illness. If your child is ill they must be clear of all symptoms 48 hours before attending a lesson. Members with any health concerns should discuss these directly with Clearwater Hydrotherapy.
• Attendees with any infectious conditions will not be allowed to participate in the lesson.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
