Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 29 Apr until Sat 16 Dec 2023, Saturdays at 12noon only; subject to availability. 
• Please note, guests are asked to arrive at 12noon for service to begin at 12:30pm promptly.
• Excludes Sun - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked 72 hours in advance by Sat 18 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Please note that a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your total bill value.
• Email or telephone bookings only.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-refundable. 28 days notice is required for reservations to be rescheduled; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• 7 course set tasting menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and pescatarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No vegan or gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 1: Includes glass of fizz or beer on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or non-alcoholic cocktail.
• Option 2: Includes 3 discovery drinks pairings per person plus tea or coffee. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or non-alcoholic pairing.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted; no children’s menu available. Children under 18 are not allowed in the bar.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
