• Advance booking is not required.

• Park opening hours: 10am - 5pm approx. Subject to change, always check with the venue for the most up to date opening times as these may vary depending on time of year.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Children are classed as ages 4 - 13 and adults are classed as 14+.
• Height and other size restrictions apply on rides. Details are provided on the website, at The Park entry gate and at each ride entrance.
• Pregnant visitors can get reduced rate at £10 payable on arrival; please arrange directly. Must show valid ID on entry (i.e. Maternity exemption certificate).
• Outdoor theme park, please dress weather appropriate.
• Includes 2 queue buster tickets and 1 ride photo voucher.
• Ride photo’s are available on the following rides: The Ultimate, Raptor Attack & Wild River Rapids.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
